Exhibition opportunities

The WONCA 2023 exhibition is an integral part of conference activities and provides an unparalleled opportunity for your company to come face-to-face with the general practice community, providing a marketplace to increase your visibility, and to display and demonstrate your products and services. 

Meal breaks and the welcome reception activities will be held within the Exhibition Hall throughout the conference, ensuring you have continued exposure to the in-person conference delegates. 

Note: Conference sponsors will be given priority allocation of exhibition stands and all exhibitors will be assessed through an application process by completing the online application form.

Exhibition stands

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

*Note: All Not for profit stands are currently sold.  Please complete an application if interested and we will be in touch should space become available.

Stand inclusions 

Floor space includes a single Octonorm stand – 3 × 2 m, 3 × 3 m, 6 × 3 m – and features: 

  • organisation name on fascia 
  • two LED spotlights per 9 m2 
  • one 4 amp power point 
  • all power consumed during the exhibition 
  • acknowledgment in the event app company’s details listed on the conference virtual portal and floorplan 
  • two exhibitor passes per 9 m2 (these passes enable personnel to work on their stand and include catering, but do not give access to other social events or conference sessions). 

Note: 

All exhibitors must be registered for the conference as exhibition representatives. 

Stand does not include any furniture.

Custom displays

If the standard exhibitor stand package is not required and a custom designed stand is to be constructed, a detailed plan of the proposed stand, including dimensions, must be submitted to the RACGP for venue approval. Further details will be provided in the exhibitor portal.

Exhibitor manual

A detailed exhibitor manual will be provided to confirmed exhibitors in July 2023. This contains important information for the coordination of your exhibition stand, including a checklist of action items and details of additional services you may require, such as furniture and audiovisual hire.

Digital exhibition listing

All in-person exhibition stands come with a complimentary static listing/page within the digital event platform. This is an opportunity to outline company information and link directly to your organisation. This is a static page where information is uploaded and has no live resource component.
