Exhibition opportunities
The exhibition is an integral part of conference activities and provides an unparalleled opportunity for organisations to come face-to-face with the general practice community, providing a marketplace to increase your visibility, and to display and demonstrate your products and services.
Meal breaks will be held within the exhibition hall throughout the conference, ensuring you have good exposure to delegates.
Note: Conference sponsors are given priority allocation and all other exhibition stands will be assessed through an application process by completing and returning the booking form. We have installed for our 2023 conference a first round and second round process for sponsors and exhibitors to apply. We highly recommend you apply immediately as our 2022 conference sold out and we cannot hold places.

Stand inclusions
- Floor space includes a single modular stand (3 × 3 m) and features:
- 2.48m high smooth finish walls – white
- organisation name on fascia
- two LED spotlights per 9 m2
- one 4 amp power point
- all power consumed during the exhibition
- acknowledgment in the event app
- company’s details listed on the conference virtual portal and floorplan
- organisation listing on the event website and digital event platform
- two exhibitor passes per 9 m2 (these passes enable personnel to work on their stand and include catering and networking reception tickets, but do not give access to other social events or conference sessions).

- All exhibitors must be registered for the conference as exhibition representatives.
- Stand does not include any furniture.
