Package Inclusions

  • Active advisory role during Hackathon as teams attempt to Byte the Bureaucracy. Two (2) subject matter experts to be nominated by Partner will be immersed in the Hackathon, observing teams at work and available where requested and appropriate.
  • Recognition as major partner pre, during and post event
  • Acknowledgment at Hackathon opening and closing
  • One (1) trestle table with room for pull-up banner in space adjacent to Hackathon Headquarters, where catering is provided*
  • One (1) 5 minute elevator pitch at Hackathon; describing what the company does, brief company journey, how the tech works and what problem the product solves**
  • Two (2) Hackathon immersion passes throughout 3 day event, for subject matter experts to observe and advise teams where appropriate ~

  • Partner passes provide exhibitor access to Hackathon trestle table locations, welcome morning tea, and all catering breaks (does not include access to Hackathon team discussions/hacking groups or breakout rooms) 
  • Hackathon Immersion passes (for partner subject matter experts) provide access for observation of hacking teams, Hackathon team discussions and hacking groups, breakout sessions, and to provide expert advise where required.
