This symposium is an opportunity to provide scientific education on key topics and emerging data in COVID-19 outpatient management, including SARS-CoV-2 epidemiology, risk factors for progression to severe disease, and emerging real-world data informing clinical decision making.
The desired outcome is to increase awareness of patient risk factors associated with risk of progression to severe COVID-19, available oral antiviral therapy options, real-world data informing clinical decision making, and approaches to optimizing care so that all at risk patients are able to benefit from therapy.
