In accordance with regulations and requirements which came in force on 25 May 2018, the following consent is required before you can proceed and register for the conference. Note: if you do not give consent for your details to be used by the organisers, we will not be able to contact you regarding the planning and conduct of the conference, you will not be able to register for the conference and you will be re-directed back to the main website. You retain the right to withdraw consent to use your personal data at any time. Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of the conference is subject to the conference and events terms and conditions and cancellation fees as noted in your initial registration. You retain the right to request that we forget or anonymise your personal data. If you have attended any event with us, we will retain any financial, tax or event attendance records for reporting reasons, but will remove all personal data from our database, leaving an “anonymised” record for reporting reasons.
