60min clinical workshop

Prevention is an important part of lifelong patient care, and GPs are best placed to facilitate screening activities and provide preventive care to their patients.

The RACGP’s Guidelines for preventive activities in general practice (the Red book) 10th edition was launched in June 2024 to support GPs to provide high-quality preventive care in Australian general practice.
Our presentation will provide attendees with an overview of what’s new in cancer screening and prevention, including the national lung cancer screening program due to commence in July 2025.
