60min clinical workshop | General Practitioners (GPs) play a vital role in paediatric palliative care, providing support from birth to end-of-life. To enhance communication skills in sensitive situations, we developed a free, self-paced Paediatric Palliative Care End-of-Life Communication Education Course. Designed with real-world insights, it aims to benefit 40,644 children by 2025.

Biography
Sara is a Nurse Practitioner with 24 years of clinical experience working in Paediatric Palliative Care. She is working with Palliative Care Australia developing paediatric resources and guidelines and brings her love of teaching, and passion for the sector to this work. Sara is especially interested in sustainable practice, communication, and cultural diversity and enjoys family, cycling and chocolate!
