Biography
Dr Jane Deacon is the Manager of Medico-legal Advisory Services with MDA National. In her role she assists members with medico-legal enquiries, complaints, and investigations. She is also involved with the provision of in-house medical opinions, education and articles. Jane works in general practice part-time.

The audience will be challenged to work through real clinical problems experienced by Military GPs on exercise or operations, taking into consideration the constraints of the operational or environmental context and resource limitations.
Biography
Dr Ramage has been involved with the ADF since 1992 when he enlisted as a soldier. He completed service as an infantryman before discharging and completing a BAppSc (Human Movement Studies). He worked as an Exercise Physiologist for 5 years before rejoining the ADF in 2004. He completed training as a General Service Officer at RMC Duntroon in 2005 and was selected for the Graduate Medical Scheme in 2007. He is a Fellow of the RACGP and current Chair of the RACGP Specific Interests Chapter of Military Medicine. Dr Ramage has been involved in major exercises and operations as a doctor in Australia, Timor Leste, UAE and Afghanistan. He holds Masters degrees in Public Health, Sports Medicine and Health Management and is certified in aviation and diving medicine.
