Biography

Nick is a lawyer, boutique law firm founder and personal injury litigation specialist with 20 years’ experience in the legal profession. He has practiced law in a range of jurisdictions and practice areas, focusing on injuries litigation and health law in a number of Australian states, and commercial and medical litigation and government affairs in Samoa. He has a particular interest in corporate governance and in training, development and mentoring. He has a Master of Laws from Melbourne University, and is a Senior Fellow at the University's Law School - lecturing in Personal Injury Litigation.
