Accessing phone or online approvals for PBS medications is a time-consuming part of many GPs' days. This presentation will introduce a new software product which can speed up this process and explore the design choices and trade-offs required in the development of software including an introduction to key usability concepts in software and how this impacts clinical safety and efficacy.
