This session introduces an innovative solution developed by Telstra Health and the RACGP to help GPs meet the new Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements introduced in January 2023. This solution integrates CPD activities directly into GPs' workflows using Medical Director Clinical software, including Smart Connected Care tools such as Clinical Decision Support and Smart Dashboards. Co-designed with GPs and aligned with the RACGP curriculum, the solution simplifies CPD by automating activity tracking and reporting in the myCPD account, reducing administrative burdens. Early feedback highlights improved efficiency and allows GPs to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

Learning Outcome: • GPs will understand how integrating CPD into their daily workflows can not only help them meet regulatory requirements but also improve patient care and reduce administrative workload
