Biography
Dr Natalie Flatt, PhD, is a psychologist and co-founder of Connect Psych Services and Connect My Mind. Natalie works with healthcare leaders and clinicians to develop wellness initiatives that support psychological flexibility, motivation, and behaviour change—key factors in managing workplace stress and delivering quality patient care.
Her passion lies in bridging the gap between mental health and technology, working with researchers to assess the effectiveness of digital tools in supporting practitioner wellbeing. With over 16 years of presenting experience, Natalie regularly delivers workshops, webinars and keynote talks on workplace mental health across healthcare and corporate settings. She also sits on the Victorian Committee for Suicide Prevention Australia and has recently joined the Board of Directors for the Rugby Union Players Association.
