The commercial landscape for general practice continues to be challenging. Now more than ever it is important for practice owners to understand the key commercial issues and what drives their practice and importantly, where to focus attention. This session is designed to mirror a “705” appointment and will cover off the key matters addressed in an initial assessment of a practice that may lead to a diagnosis.
