As fewer doctors enter general practice training, many practice owners are left wondering if they’ll ever be able to recruit new doctors. If you're unsure about the difference between a PESCI and a CAAKT, an ALPS-30 and an ACCL-30, or a 186 and a 482 visa—this session is for you.
This presentation will follow the recruitment journey from that first email to Fellowship, exploring all the pathways along the way, utilising IMG journeys.
