Danielle Bancroft is Head of Product for Integrations and Interoperability at Telstra Health, leading the design and implementation of connected care platforms that link clinical systems, data and workflows across primary care, aged care and the wider health ecosystem.
A practising pharmacist with experience in community, hospital and defence health, Danielle has led major national digital health initiatives including the design and delivery of ePrescribing and large-scale clinical platform transformations focused on safety, reliability and real-world clinical use.
Known for cutting through complexity, Danielle specialises in turning fragmented technology into practical, interoperable solutions that improve continuity of care, reduce workflow friction and support safer clinical decision-making in everyday practice.

Jennifer Beer is a proud Indigenous woman from Western Australia who transitioned from a career as a veterinary surgeon to become a leader in strategy, digital transformation, and product innovation.
Her journey in product innovation began 14 years ago when she co-designed a mobile app and content management platform to enhance accessibility and community engagement in low socioeconomic areas across WA, SA, and NT.
Jennifer has since held key leadership roles in product strategy and management at Telstra and NBN Co, and led the 1800RESPECT national telephone and online counselling service for the Commonwealth.
She is driven to advance digital capability through collaborative, customer-focused design. Jennifer believes that successful product innovation starts with listening to users, creating solutions that empower individuals and drive real-world impact.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery, a Master of Business Administration, certification as a Health Informatician (CHIA), and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She also serves on the board of Zoos Victoria, where she plays a key role in guiding strategic initiatives in wildlife conservation, education, and community engagement.
