He is the co-founder and CTO of mAIscribe, and co-owner and Clinical Director of two GP clinics in Victoria. A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Paul holds an MBBS and BMedSci from the University of Melbourne. Alongside his clinical work, he has spent years building and testing technology inside real general practices, with a focus on reducing cognitive load, improving clinical efficiency, and helping practices deliver better care without burning out clinicians.
