This panel discussion brings together a diverse group of practice owners to shine a light on what practice ownership really involves and the leadership capabilities that underpin success.
This session will explore the human side of practice leadership: people and culture, building trust, shaping team environments, and leading with clarity and values. Panel members will share first-hand experiences of stepping into ownership, including the challenges they faced, what they wish they had known earlier, and the leadership habits that helped them along the way.
The aim is to provide clearer insight into the real demands and rewards of ownership, a stronger sense of what effective leadership looks like in this context, and increased confidence that practice ownership is achievable with the right guidance and support.
