As co founder of Leadership Creativity, Craig brings deep commercial and human centred leadership expertise gained across corporate, government and multinational environments, including leading multimillion dollar transformations, mergers and complex change programs.
In the health sector, Craig works extensively with General Practice owners and their leadership teams, supporting them to strengthen leadership capability, build aligned cultures, and make confident strategic decisions in demanding clinical and business environments.

Karlea is an experienced and enthusiastic people leadership professional with over 22 years experience. Karlea's focus from day one has been around building strong relationships with the GP's to offer a level of support and certainty that allows them to focus on patient care and minimise the risk of burnout. Process improvement along with mindset and coaching has been key. Karlea came to General Practice from a 20 year career in banking. She now uses her transferrable skills to lead one of Townsville's longest standing medical practices.
