The future of general practice won’t be defined by technology alone — it will be shaped by teams who are willing to learn, adapt and improve together.
In this session, we will share practical examples of how we create shared responsibility for improvement — from how we make space for curiosity and reflection, to how we communicate change, to how we support staff to test new approaches in safe, manageable steps. Through practical examples the presenters will show how they’ve created momentum without burnout, accountability without micromanagement, and creativity without chaos.
This session is delivered by team members who work within the culture every day — offering a grounded perspective on what this looks like in practice, not just in theory. Sustainable innovation comes from how we work together - it grows through shared trust, curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
