This presentation will demystify the financial drivers that underpin practice success and provide GP owners with practical advice on how to improve profitability, manage costs, and enhance long-term value.
Using real-world data and industry benchmarks, this session will explore how to interpret and manage the financial indicators that matter most — cash flow, wages, gross profit per GP, and overall net profit. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how each of these metrics interacts and impacts the financial health of their practice.
The presentation will provide guidance on:
- Cash flow management – understanding the timing of receipts and expenses, forecasting, and maintaining liquidity to support operations and growth.
