These include understanding key financial metrics, establishing appropriate workforce structures, implementing clear financial policies, and maintaining operational rhythms that support sustainable performance.
Participants will complete a live GP-to-CEO Scorecard using a QR-code-linked platform to assess capabilities across four pillars — financial clarity, leadership capability, operational cadence and strategic direction — gaining insights into their position on the GP-to-CEO journey and what it takes to lead a financially sustainable, well-run practice.
