The RACGP’s eHealth and Practice Systems Unit is working in collaboration with the Australian Digital Health Agency to deliver a GP education and awareness program on My Health Record, Australia’s eHealth record system. The program, which is being delivered by GPs across the country, addresses common questions about the system, including impacts for general practice. Biography

Dr Nathan Pinskier is a Melbourne GP with a longstanding involvement in primary health care, digital health, accreditation and practice management. He is a director and co-owner of a Melbourne-based group of general practices, Medi7. He is the chair of the RACGP Expert Committee for eHealth & Practice Systems. Nathan is also the medical director of the DoctorDoctor Locum Medical Service, the president of the General Practice Deputising Association, and a current board member at Peninsula Health. Dr Rob Hosking a GP based in Melbourne who has had an interest in eHealth since commencing practice in Bacchus Marsh in Victoria in 1990. He gained his Graduate Certificate in Health Informatics from Monash University in 2000. Rob has been a member of the RACGP Expert Committee – eHealth & Practice Systems since 2008 and will become its chair in 2018. Rob has also been a NEHTA clinical lead and has worked on a number of eHealth related committees at NPS MedicineWise and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia.
