Dr Riitta Partanen is a graduate of the University of Queensland, and has been a GP in Maryborough, Qld for 22 years. Riitta is the inaugural Director of the University of Queensland Rural Clinical School, Hervey Bay which commenced in 2005; Director of Learning for the UQRCS for 5 years and recently commenced as Academic Lead of Phase 2 for the UQ Faculty of Medicine. Riitta is a member of the RACGP Rural Medical Education Committee.
