2025 WA Fellowship & Awards Ceremony

               The WA Fellowship Ceremony is a premier event on the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) WA
               calendar. It's an opportunity for the general practice community to honour New Fellows and celebrate their achievement of
               Fellowship.

Phonetic spelling of name

                 The pronunciation of some names may require some additional instruction. To assist the Censor with pronouncing your name
                 correctly at your Fellowship Ceremony, indicate the phonetic spelling of your name using the below format:

 

                     1. Break your name into syllables and separate them with dashes.

                     2. Capitalise syllables that are emphasised when pronouncing your name.

                     3. Include all letter sounds that might help a person say your name, even if those same sounds are not present in the actual
                   spelling of your name.

Dietary requirements

                Please be aware that whilst every effort is made to ensure menu items are allergen free, in the case of specific allergies or
                medical dietary conditions it is recommended that you consume food and beverages at your own discretion and carry an
                Epi-pen if recommended by your health care providers. 

                Menu items may still contain traces of allergen ingredients if they are prepared in venues and/or catering facilities that use
                and process these products as ingredients in other menu items.
